Davido visits the governors of River and Ebonyi states

Popular singer Davido has been making some strong political annotations with his recent moves and actions. Recently, the musician visited Atiku Abubakar who is the presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Davido who made the visit alongside his ‘Assurance bae’ Chioma shared a lovely picture of himself and his lady posing with Atiku Abubakar. The beautiful photo displayed the 25-year-old singer huddled between his girlfriend and the presidential candidate. The entertainer also wrote a caption that told of how happy he was to have made the visit to see Atiku: “Thank You for having us sir !” But Davido has shown that he is not stopping there. The musician whose song If recently topped the chart in New York has also recently visited two governors in Nigeria. He was a guest of Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers state, and David Umahi who governs Ebonyi state. Alongside the picture he shared in which he was in a cosy pose with the duo, Davido also wrote an inscription that spoke of his allegiance and friendship with the two governors. “With my very good friend Barrister Nyesom Wike (Governor of Rivers State) & My name sake the Governor of Ebonyi State, Engineer David Umahi.” This is coming right after Davido attended PDP’s National Convention which took place in Port Harcourt. The singer who performed at the event to the amazement and contentment of many has now featured as a guest of two governors who were elected on the platform of PDP. In the meanwhile, Atiku responded to the picture Davido shared in which he thanked the presidential candidate for hosting him and his girlfriend. In response, the 71-year-old tagged the musician as a great example for the youths.
