Twitter creates #EndSARS emoji to unify bond between Nigerian youths’ protest

Social media App, Twitter, has created an emoji for the #EndSARS protest ongoing across Nigerian states after a little setback. On late hours of Thursday, Twitter was reportedly crashed as many people could not refresh and get latest updates. It was however observed that an emoji of a tight fist now follows the EndSARS hashtag, and yes, Nigerian youths are super excited about the new development as they showered praises on to CEO Jack, the Twitter manager.

Twitter appoints Okonjo-Iweala to Board of Directors

– Former Finance Minister, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Twitter – A former President of the World Bank, Robert Zoellick, was also appointed to the board – Iweala expressed delight to be part of the team, and declared her willingness to work to leverage the power of Twitter for good Social media giant, Twitter Inc, has announced the appointment of Nigeria’s former minister of finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, as a member of its board of directors. According to reports, the announcement was made by the company’s executive chairman, Omid Kordestani, on Thursday, July 19. it gathers that a former President of the World Bank, Robert Zoellick, was also appointed to the board.
